Quiet inside. Wild outside. A world for people with a loud head who want a free life. This page is the map, the people in it, and the words we use. Read it once and everything else I make will make sense.
Ringing ears. A head that won't stop talking at 3am. The feed you open without deciding to. The urge. The story that you need a degree, a boss, a loan or a diagnosis before you're allowed to start. Different noise, same move: wait for it to go quiet. It never does. So the life shrinks to the size of the noise.
Two words that look like opposites and aren't. Quiet is the inside job: the sit, the locks, the signal that stops running you. Wild is the outside job: build without permission, travel, chase the edge, live now. The feeling we're after is both at once: settled and free.
Every video I make is a trail report from one of these. Every person who finds me is standing in one. The trail runs in order, and you can't skip a region, but you can move through one faster than you think.
Who's here: everyone, at the start. Something in your head won't shut up. Ringing, racing, scrolling, craving. You're googling it at 3am. You've been told to learn to live with it, or handed a pill and a six-month wait.
What happens here: you find out the waiting is the trap. The signal isn't the problem. The fight with the signal is.
The move: stop running. Do one sit, badly, today.
Who's here: people who've tried the opposite of running at least once and felt something shift, then lost it again.
What happens here: habituation. The brain stops reacting to the signal because you stopped treating it as a threat. Ringing, the anxious loop, the urge: same mechanism. I sat with mine about ten times a day for most of a year. That's the whole method, and it's why it works on more than ears.
The move: the sit, daily, plus the woods. See the grab. Drop the story.
Who's here: the head is quieter but the days have no floor. You can't hold a routine for a week. Apps, planners, streaks, then nothing.
What happens here: you stop managing forty habits and lock four. These are mine, exactly as I run them, no meds, every day:
The rule: each lock is held or missed. There's no skip. Never miss twice. One miss is a day. Two is a new habit.
Who's here: the idea is in a doc. You know what you'd sell and who to. You've been quoted $15,000 by an agency or you've opened a page builder and closed it again.
What happens here: you make your own gear. One offer with a price on it, one page, one tool, no permission from anyone. I call it slop: fast, ugly, working, shipped in a day, fixed after. I've shipped 126 of them. One pays for my whole life.
The move: fill in the Money Map today. Then ship the ugliest version that works.
Who's here: the thing exists and sells. The question is no longer "can I" but "can it run without me in the room."
What happens here: life from anywhere. Family, travel, the edge on purpose. The business runs on tools you built, and you keep building because that's the part you love, not because you have to.
The move: leverage. Automate the delivery, document the process, go.
The guide. That's me. Had ringing ears, habituated by accident, ten quiet years, then a relapse in 2020 that cost me four days of sleep and put me in a hospital I walked out of. Found my way back by sitting with it in the woods. Couldn't afford to hire anyone, so I became the person who ships. I'm not the guru in the glass studio. I'm the guy you find on the trail who's been through the region you're in.
You. Anyone with a loud head who wants a free life. The tinnitus sufferer at 3am, the anxious overthinker, the ADHD builder with nine half-finished things, the burned-out professional with an idea in a doc, the coach who wants her own thing built. I'm the first hiker. That's why the map exists.
The Chrome Guru sells calm from a studio and has never suffered. The Waiting Room says "learn to live with it" and hands you a pill and a six-month wait. The Feed keeps your head loud on purpose. The Permission Slip is the belief that you need a degree, a boss, funding or a diagnosis before you may start.
The Woods, where you go to sit. The Locks, the four daily non-negotiables. Slop, your crude, fast, working tools. Future Me, the avatar you're building toward. The ego is an illusion; the self is an avatar. Build an epic one.
Every world has a dialect. These are ours. Once you know them you'll hear them in every video.
This world isn't a theory I sell. It's how I live. One person, a loud head, a laptop, a stack of slop tools, one business that pays for all of it, run from a hill in the Philippines. The whole business model is the lifestyle, documented.
If you want to walk it with me, here's the trail, in order:
Five questions, two minutes. I'll tell you your region and send you the one step that matters from there.
